“Everything was great but the hot tub was not working”

“The staff was great, very friendly. The room was spacious but not clean. Housekeeping needs to turn all the lights on when cleaning. There were dust bunnies, crumbs, dead flies on the floor and wall. The shower was not appealing (shower is very small - bring flip flops to shower). The air conditioner, TV and mini fridge worked. The room served its purpose but I do not plan on staying here again.”

“Expedia site states a KITCHENET there is only microwave n fridge. Had to eat out our entire trip for 4 days. Seriously disappointed. Or then that I have great review but do not rent it meeting to cook.”

“Worst customer service experience of my life. They claim to support active duty military and veterans. I'm a veteran and they treated me like absolute garbage. The "assistant" manager and the GM are the rudest and most condescending people that I have ever met. I was in the lobby for quite sometime, and they treated everyone who came in with so much disrespect. And for a Motel 6, it is really overpriced. I would avoid this place at all costs. I went to the Extended Stay in Meridian. Super clean...

“The flooring was uneven (carpet then hardwood) and I found it very difficult to walk across as I'm handicapped. Our room had holes in the walls, rivets were something was removed. The outlets were worn and appeared burnt. The desk chair showed signs of wear (holes) on the seat and rust on the metal frame. The only positive experience was the staff at check in. I would NOT recommend this facility to others wanting to stay near the Boise Airport.”
