“Very run down and grungy. Sad rebranding effort. TV was non-functional, room smelled horrible, and the bed was so bad I had to schedule a massage the next morning just to be able to drive home. Beware. Cheaper is rarely better. Good is not a generally accurate rating for sure. Im sure the staff considers it a job, but not one they feel good about.”

“Very quiet. Very nice employees.”

“They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

“I was messaged my room number and code to open the door. That worked well, no need to go through a check in routine. It was all done through messaging. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend it.”

“The sheets were scratchy and made us itch, the towels were rough and harsh on our skin. It is such a beautiful property and such spacious rooms, people and food and drinks are fantastic. But the linens were horrible absolutely horrible.”

“Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. ”

“At no fault to the staff. The intranet went down and we were not able to check in for 45 minutes. We waited in the lobby on the chairs and couch. They were stained and soiled arm rests. It wasn’t to big of a deal. The internet problems created frustration. But thr staff were great. I was able to leave and they made sure to get my daughter into a room ASAP. I came back at 1030 pm and checked in. Staff was great. Situation was not. ”

“Bought the room so we can relax with the indoor pool/ hot tub but were not alerted that they were not going to be available to use for our stay.”

“I was there for 1 night. Not a bad place but not a “highend” room. Just a plain jane room. Room was clean, one of the towels did have small stains on it. Overall, its a great place to stay for a couple nights.”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. We had a wedding to be at down the street at 5:00 p.m. and it would have been nice to know about the delay in advance. They did make up for it and gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. We were charged twice for one soda in the mini fridge in the room. Although I didn't tell them about that since it was just $3, nobody...

“Great bed, great pillows, great shower. Just stayed one short night, but it was a very comfortable place to be.”

“Newer building, clean with helpful staff. Close to shopping center and very walkable.”

“There was no hair dryer in the room. We asked to borrow one, they didn't have one available. Bath tub was dirty at the bottom.”
