Hotel a Star

“Our room was dingy looking and very outdated. There were sketchy people hanging around outside. There was trash around the building. Corners were dirty. Drapes were dirty looking. ”

“Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. Breakfast staff and evening front desk staff were very kind and helpful. No elevator but there was handicap parking. Luckily my husband could climb 1 flight of stairs. The property is right off the freeway so there was some noise and the traffic getting in and out to the main street was very congested at times. Nice pool but no hot tub.”

“I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet....

“I was messaged my room number and code to open the door. That worked well, no need to go through a check in routine. It was all done through messaging. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend it.”

“Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. ”

“The room was dirty and have several maintenance problems. ”

“Bought the room so we can relax with the indoor pool/ hot tub but were not alerted that they were not going to be available to use for our stay.”

“I was there for 1 night. Not a bad place but not a “highend” room. Just a plain jane room. Room was clean, one of the towels did have small stains on it. Overall, its a great place to stay for a couple nights.”

“Beautiful well kept property with excellent staff. The rooftop bar was a great way to soak up some sun and enjoy the view of the valley.”

“Great bed, great pillows, great shower. Just stayed one short night, but it was a very comfortable place to be.”

“There was no hair dryer in the room. We asked to borrow one, they didn't have one available. Bath tub was dirty at the bottom.”

“The staff and facilities were lovely. The reason I didn’t give them a great review is because we’re on a long trip and have groceries because they boasted about the kitchen. There was not one single thing in there except a coffee pot and toaster. No cup, plate, spoon, measuring cup or anything else that you might possibly think would be in a kitchen. Of course, they sell items at inflated prices. Otherwise, lovely place just bring your kitchen with you!”
