“Beautiful hotel that feels lux right in downtown Boise. Excellent location!”

“The property is beautiful however it is very outdated and has a terrible smell in the rooms. I only stayed about eight hours and had to find other accommodations.”

“It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made. We didn’t have enough and towels and wash rags to take it through the night. When we inquired at the front desk, the young woman was very sweet and told us that...

“Overall it was just okay. The room itself has everything we needed but we had some issues. The A/C unit was loud and the fridge was making a high pitched sound. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet. The indoor pool was probably the most disappointing thing. The water was really cold and cloudy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were attentive and there was no issues getting what we needed. A solid 3 star stay.”
