“Everything was great but the hot tub was not working”

“Close to freeway, quiet and continental breakfast kick started our day. Affordable and our two queen beds were comfy. Would stay again. Front desk lady very accommodating. Good in her position.”

“The property is very nice, they had just renovated the pool and got tub and we were told they do this every year. The staff was great. The property has ample parking and it's close to everything you could think of to eat or shop. The only down side was the breakfast. It was the same everyday, pork or turkey sausage, would have been nice to have bacon one day. They ran out of bananas on the last day we were there and a shortage of yogurt on that morning too. “THE PLACE IS A HOLE Fixtures falling off the walls. Loose faucets. Pillows as this as a saltine cracker Thread bare sheets. Worn out towels. Staff that have appeared to be waiting to die. Doors that have been punched out and dented. Filthy carpets Smoke detectors that are covered up with zip lock bags. Unrepaired holes and patches on the walls. The toilet seat was falling off. Hall lighting decor and effects taken from the movie Barton Fink. The best "We don't care hotel" in Boise.”

“We were here with our son’s family. They really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast! It was perfect for an overnight stay after a long road trip.”

“The coffee maker was broken. Check in staff was excellent. Check out staff was with someone else and quite brisk with me. Otherwise all was fine.”

“Closet organizers and large doorless shower were great. Two unexplained charges hit our credit cards and I talked to five staff members while there, even the general manager, Chelsea Hope, and they couldn’t explain why we were charged or what the charges were for. When we checked out it still was not resolved and I was told to call Zander. He was suppose to be in at 11. I called and he wasn’t there. So far no return call.”

“Very nice hotel- very clean and comfortable. Applebees within walking range. The breakfast was great definitely more options than most other hotels.”

“checked in, then immediately left for an appointment.. did not go inside the room, very late that night ,I returned and when I entered my room, I found it occupied.. office staff was surprised and offered a different room...entering that, it was a mess.. I returned to the office and advised them I would be leaving and requested a full refund on my card”
