“if I could give zero stars and warn respectable people away, I would. My partner and I, stayed at least every two months as it is close to grandkids and a First responder patient of mine. Booked AND PAID for Friday-Sunday (June 19-21). As usual, we requested room 209 or nearby, as they are ADA compliant, and close to lobby and elevator, which we physically need. NO PROBLEM HISTORICALLY. However, due to work schedules, I called Thursday, the 18th, to advise that we would not be leaving home...

“terrible. i booked online and had a reservation but they claimed it did not exist. left.”

“Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min.”
