“Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

“The staff could use some training on customer service and politeness. Room was expensive for clean but outdated rooms. Melted ice in freezer, lamp by bed not working. Mattresses well used. There were several large parties of students that were loud and understandably not the hotels fault. The breakfast was tasty and the morning lady in the kitchen was crass but very clean and knowledgeable.”
