“The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. “Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again. ”

“they are still remodeling. the door in one bathroom was broken- my child got food poisoning && passed out && we almost couldn't get to him innthe bathroom. ALSO There was no extra bedding or pillows for the pull out, and when we called to ask- they told us to look in our room... again... lucky we found the remotes for the TV while looking.... at check-out they asked how we are- && we explained the food poisoning && where we went (buffet) && they said " what did you expect?" ... “This stay was one of the best. Super dog friendly, the kitchen in the room was AMAZING. The ability to borrow board games and other things was the best! We will stay here and only here from now on. ”

“Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...

“This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...
