“The room was immaculate, and so were the property grounds. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the roof deck with our cocktails after our show, and the staff allowed us to relax and stay later than they needed to, which was appreciated. Our event was a block away, and there were TONS of choices for food and drink within walking distance. We also really loved hitting the JUMP urban community center down the street the following Saturday morning for live music, food trucks and the 5-story high...

“When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back.”

“Very clean and simple soooo convenient for walking downtown area day or night ! The only thing I wished they had was water in the fridge but that’s so minor compared to how easy the stay was ! Oh and bigger towels 😂”

“The Hyatt place downtown Boise is a very nice ,clean,staff was very pleasant nice rooms and quiet atmosphere . Really liked location to restaurant and Capitol Building.”

“I stayed here by myself, and it was great! I was able to walk to many places, including wine tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the Greenbelt, etc. I liked the self-check-in, my room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed a couple of weekend nights, and the noise of traffic on Chinden Blvd. did get a little loud, but the bathroom fan helped drown out a bit of the noise. No complaints!”

“Wonderful staff - from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk! Nice, clean hotel in very convenient location with great amenities. You do need to use the ear plugs they provide on the night stands if the sound of traffic bother you at night as it is quite noisy. And, the bed was a bit lumpy. But, the room is very spacious as well as the bathroom.”

“There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was...

“This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel.”

“Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established.”
