“The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed all that Franklin has to offer. Highly recommend. Only regret is that we also booked two days in Nashville at another property. Easy day trips to Nashville would have been much preferable.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions! The house is so cute and comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can walk to several coffee shops which was nice. It’s also close to downtown Franklin. We brought our dogs and it worked out perfectly. There’s no fence around the yard but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We would absolutely stay again!! Great house!! Great host!!...

“The Soar house was clean, in a very quiet neighborhood and great location. Spring Hill is a great town to stay in. A wide variety of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Franklin. Highly recommend this house and hostess. ”

“We loved this tiny house! Had EVERYTHING and more for a quick stay. I appreciate the thought put into it all. So modern and clean. Shower, toilet, bed, kitchenette, tv, comfy chairs, large windows...they did it right! Didn't get to start a fire for the one night we were there but the pups loved the private space to run around! Very relaxing. Thanks Karin!”

If something had been wrong or we did need something we probably would have just been out of luck. That thought is really unsettling.”

“This was our 2nd stay at this super cute house and we were not disappointed. We had the best time with our friends sitting on the deck listening to nature every night. It was more than comfortable for our group to spend most of the weekend just hanging out there. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, plus coffee and creamers that were just a very nice bonus.
