“Beautiful property! The house was great for our group of 12 people. The beds were comfortable and access to the Pickleball courts was perfect for us. Would definitely come back.”

“Very cute place. Convenient to downtown Franklin and The First Bank Amphitheater. Clean and comfy. Great check in and communication. This unit is downstairs so keep that in mind if your are a light sleeper. Mini split system was a bit problematic but host/mgt company very helpful”

“My husband and I and our 2 dogs, along with my parents, stayed in this lovely home for a night, in our way back home from Florida.The Franklin/Leiper's Fork area is where we often stay on our way South from Ohio as it's a great middle ground area. Franklin and Leiper's Fork is absolutely a beautiful place! “The Soar house was clean, in a very quiet neighborhood and great location. Spring Hill is a great town to stay in. A wide variety of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Franklin. Highly recommend this house and hostess. ”
