“The physical atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. the staff were less than helpful. They openly admitted making an error that ended up putting an additional hold on my card in excess of $250 over what the room bill was. Their response: “we apologize but you will just need to wait for your bank to release the hold”. And they don’t provide any receipts at time of check-in or check-out….you are at the mercy of waiting for their emails.”

“The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

“This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”

Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. “Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.”

“Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. “This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. “Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.”

Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again.”
