“I love the staffs.Ac not working mosquities left unsatisfied”

“We did not stay in the accommodation at all because it was not clean, paint work’s going all over the place, noisy and crowded with other permanent residents, pictures does not look as advertised. Then, had to look around in a strange environment with no internet to pay for another descent accommodation making me to use most of my holidays money towards another accommodation. Trying to get a refund by making several phone calls and emails to accommodation manager but to no avail. Till date. I...

“Camera angusta. Colazione molto povera. Umidità ovunque.”

“It’s a very clean hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel so I had no expectations, but it’s super clean , well maintained, great staff also. The breakfast has a very small selection but all juices are fresh. They exceeded my expectations”

“Clean, breakfast”

“At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest. But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name. On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge). The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel. But polite service and excuses make the difference !”
