Hotel vicino a Bonanza Park - Fort Smith

“Absolutely ”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is showing signs of age. Always smokers hanging out by front door. Air coming out of AC in room had awful smell, didn't notice until I turned on AC right before bed, too late to switch rooms at that point. Slept poorly because of the terrible smell. Asked for refund in morning, was given Hilton points toward future stay. Would not stay here again.”

“When I got into the shower, it made a loud popping sound like the shower was loose. ”

“As a woman traveling alone this was a very safe feeling hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Bed and bedding were very nice. Could hear the neighbors but I am used to apartments so it wasn’t too bad.”

“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”

“Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal.”

“Nicer than most in the $100+ range. It seemed clean although could use some updating as far as carpets, curtains, etc. were concerned. They did provide a limited breakfast buffet/walk through line of toast, bagels, make them yourself waffles, yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage. The breakfast was ok. We're too picky to eat any of the prepared items but we were able to get a little breakfast via bagels, muffins, etc.”

“Breakfast good. Room had wet carpet o outside wall. Reported and staff reported and to be Investigated upon check out. Staff pleasant and professional. ”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”

“Bedroom was nice. bathroom needs updating. Towels were dingy. ”

“Friendly service, I had to get in late due to flight delays but I called ahead so they were aware and when I arrived they were waiting to check me in. Great room, quiet and comfortable”

“This was an inexpensive stay and it was pretty much what we paid for. Sometimes saving money, comes with other costs.”

“Didn't have a microwave and they were doing maintence almost half the time I was there. It was totally a waste of money”

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”
