That said there were some problems perhaps unique to me during my stay that undermined my stay. 1) they were doing construction and tree trimmings (?) on the balconies above me putting debris all over my balcony multiple times. The noise precluded my ability to enjoy my balcony even after it had been cleaned. The old-outdated windows shade kept breaking precluding my ability to block out the brightly lit up huge tree in the parking lot....
