Bonita Beach & Tennis 3907 - Vista sul Golfo!

Bellissimo condominio aggiornato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Bonita. Posizione perfetta per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e la sabbia e lasciare che le preoccupazioni si sciolgano. Non perdere i bellissimi tramonti direttamente dal tuo lanai!

Avrai pieno accesso al nostro condominio monolocale splendidamente ristrutturato per goderti la tua vacanza al mare. Situato al 9 ° piano, guardando a sud-ovest, rimarrete stupiti dalle viste sull'oceano. Cucina nuova di zecca con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, l'intero affare, bellissimo marmo come pavimento piastrellato. Gli aggiornamenti continuano in bagno con una cabina doccia. Il condominio si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia di Bonita con una passeggiata pedonale per un facile accesso. Forniamo una cucina completamente attrezzata, lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare e sedie. Forniamo anche un kit di base per la tua carta igienica di base, asciugamani di carta, sapone per piatti ecc. Non c'è niente di meglio di così.

Hai accesso a tutti i servizi del condominio tra cui due grandi piscine e una piscina per bambini, campi da tennis, shuffle board, area grill ecc. Lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni in loco. Parcheggio in loco gratuitamente.

Great location to the beach, close to the Airport in Fort Myers. Host was quick to answer problems we had with sofa sleeper. I would definitely come back next year.

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo was so cute and had everything we needed to spend a great week at the beach! The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything was very easy and pretty much perfect!

The condo was perfect for two. All amenities inside the condo were great and access to beach and restaurants nearby was easy. This was a family wedding at the beach club nearby so we did not take advantage of the close public beach access because we were too vacation lazy to carry our chairs! Communication with host, entry, parking, and checkout were flawless. The top star rating unearned has nothing to do with the interior, but reflects the constant work on the property’s common areas and exterior. If they ever finish, this would be a great spot but given the lack of pool and tennis along with the construction, the nightly rate would have to be discounted to earn that top star rating!

Everything was clean and very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the public beach, which is fantastic for swimming and even has a jet ski rental (and Doc's Beach House).

well the location is excellent , the view is awesome , but the bed is umcorfortable , the mattress needed to be changed 5 years ago , same the as the sofa bed , whit that beautiful balcony a coffee table would be great , but the place was clean & the location is excellent

9th floor wonderful view of the beach and sunsets!, also sunrises on the deck. quiet building. Owner was very helpful with checkin and any other requests. Very convienient to beach and Docs bar across the street.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The view was amazing. The unit was clean and updated with just enough space, including storage. Highly recommend. If I had to find a fault, it would be the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Wat een mooi appartement, alles goed schoon en een mooi uitzicht. We hebben hier met heel veel plezier verbleven, we komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Goed contact met de verhuurder, reageert snel op vragen, en dat is erg fijn.
