1. dingdong bonn - city apartments

Zentrum

“Rooms are located in the center of Bonn, near restaurants, attractions and, most important, bus/tram stops. The real problem of this structure is the organization. At our arrival, as communicated by the structure, we made the check in at the restaurant. First of all, they gave us the key of a room already occupied by another person, so we had to performed by our own the check in using the computer at the entrance of the structure trying to understand the correct number of our room. Another...

The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. 3. Villa Waldesruh

“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.”
