“Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients.”

“Das Hotel ist sehr Sauber mit sehr freundlichem Personal,sehr gute Lage,nach meine Meinung dieses Hotel hat 10 Sterne verdient,ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen.”

“Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig, idyllisch und familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und frisch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmee (speziell das Badezimmer) war riesig. Durch den Kinderschlafbereich im Turm, war es durch seine kleinen Fensterchen was besonderes. Die Gästelounge bietet gekühlte Getränke und Snacks. Gerade an warmen Nachmittagen oder Abenden perfekt, um in den schönen Burghof zu sitzen”

“Ho trascorso una notte durante un viaggio di lavoro. Hotel discreto, abbastanza comodo, a 10 minuti dall' aeroporto. Segnalo nelle vicinanze il ristorante Ash, davvero una bella struttura con carne e bevande di ottima qualità.”

“It's very clean. Definetely. Just some details that I did not like at all. In the gym area there are very good restrooms, but no hand soap... dispensers completely empty. And the outside retaurant is ridiculous. The rest is fine, clean, very clean, and the restaurant is fantastic. ”

“Amazing hotel!! The room was huge and so comfortable, with a large bed, an armchair, a large TV with a desk and the te, coffee and kettle set. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and spa, which is very good (wish they had the steam room and the water of the swimming pool was heated though) and with long hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices, although unfortunately the dining room was very crowded as the hotel is really big: I believe they should add more water/juice station to...

“Wir wurden bei Ankunft nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war von einer guten Größe, sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Bad war neu renoviert und wurde täglich geputzt. Es gibt morgens kostenlosen Kaffee in allen Variationen, auch koffeinfrei. Die im Zimmer und Bad verteilten Lufterfrischer riechen etwas penetrant und sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.
