Our room was clean, but the beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The soap was as dry as Ivory, and the tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner turned my hair into a mass of straw. “The staff were extremely helpful. I ment to book for two nights and did not. They helped me correct that. The room was exceptionally clean. Also, no carpet- which is great. The hotel is off a busy thoroughfare, but I had no trouble sleeping. The bathroom was very clean. I did not eat breakfast so can not comment on it.”
