“Very clean room, staff was friendly ”

“Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. ”

“Average stay. The room was on the 1st floor and looked and felt like a room in a basement, gray and dark. I know the planks of wood on the walls was supposed to be decoration... but the should be painted or stained at least. ”

Very nice amenities—thoroughly enjoyed the well maintained workout facility with a large screen tv streaming quality movies from AMC; not to mention, a pool kept at the right temperature AND lovely outdoor seating areas to enjoy with family and friends! 3. Super nice and accommodating Breakfast and Bar Staff (particularly the Manager, Anthony) serving an exceptional breakfast. Super Thanks!...

“The room was in dire need of some up keeping. Furniture was banged up and chair was stained. Floor looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Toilet was not clean. The bathroom counter was nice and updated. Lots of street noise. Staff was very nice. The price was very cheap so I couldn't expect a lot. But not sure why reviews were giving this a 10/10 rating. How is that possible?”

I didn't sleep well because I kept hearing people walking around in the room above me and noise outside the door from people passing by or standing around. Also, I locked myself outside my room. My husband was in the shower and my special needs daughter had on her headset listening to music. I asked the front desk attendant can he call my daughter's cell phone to tell her to open the door. He told me he couldn't call her phone he could...

“Room was very spacious. Front staff was friendly and welcoming. Decent amount of breakfast options available. Stood on property on 2 occasions, each time has been pleasant.”

“Our room met the bare minimum. It was clean. There were no extra towels. The bathroom has a tiny sink with no counter space. There was no place in the shower to hold anything. I would choose a different hotel next time. ”

“From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital room. Overall no major complaints outside of the light bulbs.”
