Hotel vicino a Boone Pickens Stadium - Stillwater

“Notice of how to get to the breakfast location needs to be posted so that guests can find it. The first day it wasn’t posted at all. It was posted be Y the restaurant door on the second day. However, you had to know to go through the bar to get there. Unless you want valet parking, you’re pretty much on your own. There are no directions for parking. Also, some of front desk staff need to remember to smile when interacting with guests.”

“We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...

“Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT .....”
