“Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.”

“We loved the room as there was lots of storage space and plugins. Our biggest disappointment though was with the breakfast. With an hour left in the continental service, everything was out. Even the utensils and coffee were out and there was not active staff around checking to keep everything refilled. As a family we enjoy having breakfast in hotels together but this was a big letdown.”

“Staff was nice and professional, hotel going through reno with no notes stating so, would have picked another hotel to stay at if I would have known, disappointed there was no prior notification by the hotel or booking site”

“Only stay here in extreme emergency! Run down, dirty room. guest stay here long term and live there kinda of shady. Definitely a no tell motel… the pictures on line completely fooled me.”
