“Parking in nearby garage, but inconvenient unless you unload before parking. Unloaded and loaded in the rain. Could have avoided with wariong from staff. Breakfast selection not as good as several other Marriott Inn & Suites I have stayed at recently-no fruit ex cept bananas and oranges. “The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. ”

“Pros: the hotel is newly renovated, so it is very clean and new. The location is excellent, nice neighborhood, safe and with many restaurants around. Cons: the staff at front desk are really unprofessional! Wifi didn't work for almost a couple of days. Breakfast is so poor, lack of variety and the worst coffee I've ever had in a hotel! Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). “They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!”
