“Pros: the hotel is newly renovated, so it is very clean and new. The location is excellent, nice neighborhood, safe and with many restaurants around. Cons: the staff at front desk are really unprofessional! Wifi didn't work for almost a couple of days. Breakfast is so poor, lack of variety and the worst coffee I've ever had in a hotel! Conclusion, choose Holiday Inn next door...”

“They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!”
