“The room was a non smoking room and smelt like an ashtray from the moment my family and I walked into room for the night.”

“I absolutely loved it here. The whole family did! After this stay we started only looking for Drury’s to stay at for future trips. The food, the pool, how beautiful the hotel was. My one complaint, the elevator was soooooo slow!”

“The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.”

“We had a good stay. Staff were very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Could have been cleaner hallways and elevator but minor issues.”

“Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...
