“My niece arrived 5 days prior to me and spent her time on the east side of the island. When I arrived, we headed west for a 4 day stay (Jan 22-26, 2024). We very much enjoyed this apartment. It was exactly as pictured. Communications with Owner (Gloria) was awesome. We had never been to PR and Gloria's suggestions and recommendations for things in our area helped out immensely. “This is a great, comfortable, and spacious apartment with amazing views from the kitchen and the roof deck. We loved being able to walk downtown in just minutes to get to the market, restaurant, and the various tour companies for the bioluminescent bay and snorkeling trips. Our only wishes were for a more comfortable (less squishy and squeaky) bed and a cleaner couch, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfy! We felt safe staying here with our kid. Check in is a little complicated but...

“This condo was clean, spacious, and has everything you need at home, all you need is your groceries. It's close to many beaches, restaurants and tourist areas. The only thing is, if you have elderly people. There is no elevators, and if your on the third floor, its a little hard for them to go up. Also theres no AC in the Living room area, but if there's a breeze its very refreshing when the windows are open. I would definitely recommend. It was a GREAT STAY!”

“The view is amazing; it is very quiet and remote; the check in was fairly easy with the locks at the fence area; I would definitely return in the future. There is a bakery/mini market like 2 minutes from the Apartment. ”

“It was very clean. Beautiful and the pool was clean in the morning. Love how easy was the staying. The only issue that we had we were five people and the water stopped after 4 us took a shower. We waited 30 minutes and the water came back”

“This home is beautiful with fantastic grounds. The second floor has great hammocks on the balcony for lounging and reading. There are a lot of roosters in the neighborhood so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. Our kiddos loved the quiet waters at the beach.”
