Elevator: not functioning Generator: not working. we were there when power in the island was down. Behind furniture: very dusty Balcony railing: too low even for a 5.3 ft guy like me Resto/Cafe: not in operation
i requested for a unit that was not facing the main road. i actually appreciate the partial views of Mount Luho and the small lagoon at its foot.
Don't mind the rusty roof of the neighbor. I am liking that this window faces the sunrise. I prefer this over a unit facing the main road with all its noise.
Well, for the price we paid for, i cannot complain since this was built in the early 2000s, but i guess there was way to keep this more pleasing to the eye.
The cleaner must have missed these. Some specs here and there under the bed.

When we stayed here it was undergoing maintenance. The lifts didn’t work and the rooms next to hours were being worked on - installing AC units Our rate included breakfast - we had to walk 20 mins to their sister hotel for breakfast ! If we wanted breakfast we were asked to eat in our rooms or outside seating area - the dining area was closed. The breakfast was bought up from the sister hotel and sometimes cold when it arrived Location was good, stafff were friendly

Terrible hotel! Never again!

I booked at the crown regency prince hotel. When i arrives at the frontdesk i was advised that they are upgrading me to another regency hotel which was the crwon regency courtyard and the lady at the fd told me that this is also located at station 2. We waited for a good 30 mins for their service shuttle that never came said it was not avail and we were assisted by their staff instead to ride a tricycle. They did not even have the decency to call me ahead of time so I didnt need to pay 120 only to find out im not staying there when i asked whats the reason she said they are trying to fix several things but there were guests there when we were waiting. After 2 hours we were finally given a room at the courtyard which was basically just rooms in a building doesnt even look like a hotel. The room is nice thou but it was a dead spot. My wifi didnt have signal and theirs were not working either. And station 2 is the end of station 2. I chose regency prince because i did not want to walk far but this was way farther than talipapa. Hot water was not working. Yellow water comes out of the bath tub and when i requested for coffee took them more than an hour to finally have someone deliver that to our room. Not my money's worth! Bad service! Will never stay here even for free!

Semester och bra avkoppling.

Boracay var jättefint och hotellet ligger bra till nära station 1 perfekt avstånd till det viktigaste!! 3-minuter till stranden genom en smal labyrint.

Lovely staff not what I asked for

The staff were lovely and kind, but I had requested a beach resort with Ocean view, this was a step up from a Hostel in a noisy crowded street, a walk to beach. There was not even a little refrigerator in the room, in the tropics! No Business center, exercise room or pool.After staying at World of Dreams in Manilla I was shocked Expedia arranged this. Because people were so nice I didn't want to blame them and we made the best of it. Also, I had to sign if I got sunscreen on any linen I'd have to pay for it! I'm on an island for goodness sakes!

Most unimpressed

Web ads state wave pool and shuttle van. Staff says not true. Booked for 2adults/1child in 2 beds. However the towels only For 2ndadults. child towels etc. Cost extra. The staff at the desk were unhelpful. The guards were helpful in getting us to jetty for 8 bags that my 7mo. Pregnant wife my child and myself had to handle alone. We couldn't get help at checkout and no cart either. We had help getting In room and taking money but end of stay we felt we were of no more use 2 them and on our own in the rain with 8 bags/7mo. Pregnant woman/child in tow. I was forced to extend for 2 days due to sick child and bad weather. it was a nightmare compared to other hotels we visited on island in past trips. They would not honor price with a visit to desk. Staff said redo online or the fee is more than 2x first rate. That took time. they couldn't verify so I was made to wait 30/40 minutes before being allowed to keep room that I already showed Cnfirm.# to. I also had to forward my email proof of payment w/personal info. as checkout time neared I didnot know if they expect us to vacate room till they find info I already gave them. The hotel is old for what I had believed to be a higher end hotel chain. no staff motivation to help the guest. Dirty and missing tiles were that of lowend hotel.not on beach and no help by staff to find path to beach

extremely disappointed

The website states many amenities that are NOT offered such as shuttle to jetty port and use of swimming pool which they don't even have on this property and you aren't allowed to use at their other property contrary to website information. We could not get any help getting our 7 bags from our room to the lobby at checkout ad it was myself a child and a 7mo. Pregnant wife yet I couldn't get help. The doormen were helpful in finding pay transportation at least and they were the only friendly people I encountered in the property. They used a loud machine for some reason at 11pm. One night till I told them to stop. Further the staff was not helpful in most of the needs I had. The hotel is not well maintained considering it is supposed to be a higher end hitel. And the extending of my stay due to weather was a nightmare. I stead of simply honoring the price I got online the very morning that weather and a sick child forced us to stay I had to find a computer to re register via. Website or pay nearly 3 TIMES the rate. I will never stay at any crown regency property again. Neither will anyone in my family or my company

下次不會在想住了。

房間的燈光太暗了，晚上看東西、吃東西或整理東西，都很不方便。 浴室沒有手提蓮蓬頭，很難洗。 有陽台但沒辦法晾衣服。 太晩洗澡的話，水會忽冷忽熱。 沒有冰箱可以冰飲料。

깔끔함

메인로드 에서 우측에 위치해 있으며 상대적으로 바다와는 거리가 있지만 그렇게 먼 거리도 아니기 때문에 생활하기 편했습니다. 저렴한 가격또한 이용하는데 중요한 점 중 하나로 거리와 가격 스테이션2에 위치해 전체적으로 가격대비 정말 편안하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. good~

Just nice for 2 of us

We booked a queen sized bedroom but was given a room with a double bed plus one single bed. So, we got an extra bed to put our stuff. The hotel attendants were nice to show us the direction to the beach and to the nearest attractions. White beach is just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Staff there were willing and trying their best to answer all our queries. Beds are comfortable enough, not too hard or too soft

Top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Es wurde täglich sehr sauber geputzt. Zum Strand sind es nur 3 min. Guter Safe im Zimmer, Security an der Tür. Nur das Internet ist etwas langsam, aber das ist auf der ganzen Insel so.

생각보다 좋았어요!

일단 위치적으로 비치랑 가깝고 걸어서 디몰을 왔다갔다 할 수 있어서 좋았어요! 직원들도 너무 친절했고 시설도 좋았는데 아쉬운점은 와이파이가 로비에만 되는거랑 방 안이 그리 밝지 않은거랑 침구류에 화장 뭍으면 다 물어줘야해서 엄청 조심조심 사용했어요ㅠㅠ 그거 빼면 완전 만족합니다!
