Ottima posizione migliorabile in alcuni piccole cose

L'appartamento corrisponde a quanto descritto. La posizione è eccezionale a pochi passi dal centro e da numerosi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. Appartamento pulito ed accoglienza cordiale da parte di una signora incaricata. Note dolenti: sedie del soggiorno inutilizzabili (3 su 4 sono rotte) e poltroncina sulla terrazza inutilizzabile. Stando poco in casa non pesa ma è un peccato. Info sulla connessione internet (sia il nome della linea che la password sono errate).

Very nice location, quiet, confortable, pedestrian street, everything you may look for :) we visited Bordeaux from this flat, and it was very handy to go everywhere on foot or with the tram.

The location was great and would’ve gotten this a five star on its own if the place had been clean. The washing machine is broken and it doesn’t appear they have any intention of repairing it. It was listed as come on having a washing machine so that was a big disappointment. The place was pretty dirty. The shower and the kitchen needed cleaning after we arrived. Half the lights are burned out. We told the person that checked us in and he said he had previously reported it, but no one had fixed it. Another indication that they’re not maintaining this place. It still would be a good place to stay even with these issues because like I said, the location is fantastic. Oh, and it says it sleeps four, but it only had three forks, what??? Also, the pots and pans, and some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived as well I had to be cleaned before we could use them. the water heater stopped working during our stay. They were very prompt to get someone out and it was addressed quickly, but they didn’t put the wall back that covered the water heater and they left a ladder in the bathroom for the rest of our stay. When I sent a message about that, I got no response.

Dans l’ensemble bien juste le four ne marchait pas et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien, ainsi que la machine à laver pas disponible.

Bon accueil, personne ponctuelle. Logement très bien situé, literie confortable. Petit pour 4 personnes. Équipements pas au niveau : 1 seule casserole tordue, couverts insuffisants si 4 personnes (3 fourchettes), état moyen. Frigo : porte freezer cassée et trop froid malgré réglage minimum. Manque d'explication pour le radiateur de la salle de bain ou ne fonctionne plus.

Well located,quiet and comfortable. Generally well equipped. There was some late confusion about collection of cleaning and deposit payments between the host, agent and concierge. It would improve the experience if this was sorted a week earlier

L’appartement, rénové avec goût et climatisé, correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Néanmoins, peut être que quelques menus travaux de plomberie seraient nécessaires pour éliminer les odeurs d’égout depuis la salle de bains. Un changement de tuyau de douche semble également nécessaire. Mis à part ces deux points, tout est ok.

Bon choix dans l'ensemble

Le studio est très bien situé, au premier étage d'un vieil immeuble en plein centre de Bordeaux, dans une rue calme et agréable. Néanmoins il est un peu sombre, d'autant que l'un des stores ne pouvait pas être relevé.La porte-fenêtre ouvrant sur la terrasse ne peut pas être verrouillée, ce qui n'est pas très gênant car elle donne sur une cour intérieure. Par ailleurs, une brochure expliquant le fonctionnement de la climatisation aurait été bienvenue : n'ayant pu la régler, j'ai fait appel au radiateur d'appoint présent dans la chambre. (il semble que la climatisation soit réglée depuis l'extérieur mais ce n'est pas très clair)

Hello, The apartment is perfectly located in Bordeaux city center and the place is awesome, great bathroom, bedroom and living room area. It also has a lovely balcony. However, regarding the comunication for the stay we had plenty of misunderstandings like it did not include cleaning, towels or bed clothing, but that we had to pay an extra 49€ for that service. It would be great it is made clear since the beginning. Also, we were not allowed to enter the apartment until 16h and were given no solution to leave the luggage until then, and the same the day of the check-out, when we had to leave at 10:30AM and weren't helped out with where to leave luggage as we had a full day before our flight (nannybag app was our solution, given by a shop worker of Burdeaux city center, highly reccommended!) Finally, we managed to get into the apartment at 13:30h (earlier than expected) but were only given one shower gel small tube for 3 people 3 days. Also, regarding communication for the check-in, we were contacted through SMS and were asked to reply through SMS that costs money, instead of speaking through WhatsApp (which we found later on the number had the app available and we could have has free cost communications). We didn't del very welcome despite the quality of the apartment, which does correspond to what It promises (although it's quite cold) and we found out information little by little instead of a clear message from the beginning when asking to renta it regarding caution and extra fees from cleaning. Hope they make communications clearer and more accesible in the future. Thank you! Best.

A FUIR !!!!!

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet appartement où on a passé trois nuits, que l’on trouver de base très chouette sur les photos !!! Pour commencer lorsque l’on est arrivé à 17h l’appartement n’était pas prêt.. la concierge nous demande d’aller faire un tour et de revenir 1h après le temps de faire le ménage. Après plus de 7h de retour c génial comme accueil !!! Au retour dans l’appartement on peut constater que le ménage a été bâclée, l’aspirateur pas passé, des bout de papier et des pierres encore au sol. Vient l’heure de la douche .. et qu’elle belle surprise la douche s’inonde car l’eau de s’évacue pas !!! En effet mon mari enlève la plaque et constate un énorme bouchon plein de cheveux !!! J’appelle la concierge qui me dit gentiment qu’elle a oublier de déboucher .. mais comment a t’elle fait à nettoyer la douche sans s’en rendre compte ?!! Tout simplement car elle n’a pas nettoyer !!! Donc obliger de mettre les mains dans le syphon et de tout enlever pour pouvoir prendre la douche !!!! Aucune excuse et aucun geste commerciale suite à ces remontées négatives !!!! Pour continuer, la concierge nous dit que la chambre bénéficie d’une petite terrasse mais qu’il ne faut pas y aller car le sol menace de tomber !!! Super !!! Et la terrasse coter salon attention car les transats sont cassés je suis tomber en voulant me relever !!! Et la pépite !!! Pour couronner le tout… le dernier soir la veille de notre départ .. ( comme par hasard dans la nuit où ils se doutent que la voiture est chargé) on se fait casser la vitre arrière de la voiture et tout dérober ce qu’il y avait dans le coffre (coffre ferme je précise on ne voyait rien) !!! Un massacre ce séjour dans cet appartement !!!! A fuir vraiment passer votre chemin !!!!! Comment peut on monter un buisiness d’appartement à louer à des vacanciers et les traiter de la sorte ?!! C’est une honte !!! Honteux !!!! Pitoyable !!!

Un emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre dans une rue charmante aux nombreuses boutiques. Appartement très bien décoré avec une salle de douche impressionnante. 2 espaces extérieurs petits mais mignons. Il est juste dommage que le canapé lit soit plutôt inconfortable et très bruyant, qu'une odeur d'humidité soit prégnante dans la douche. L'information concernant la disposition des draps en supplément devrait apparaître plus clairement. Dernier point la difficulté pour joindre les bureaux afin d'avoir des réponses à des demandes.

Great location

Nice and clean accommodation in the heart of Bordeaux . Walking distance to many historic sites, bars and restaurants. No parking available, by building, but there is a public parking garage 5 min walk from the place. Will definitely recommend to stay there!

Excellent location

Excellent apartment in a great location right in the heart of Bordeaux. We were a family of two adults & 2 children 14 & 11 years. It was clean & tidy with plenty of towels. The only thing was one of the chairs at the kitchen table was broken & needs fixing.

Nice location but terrible service

The location is great and the apartment is neat and well decorated. However, natural light doesn't enter the apartment and we had to turn on the light during day time. We had a bad experience booking this apartment as the price doubled after we have in our credit card details. There were fees that we are asked for after the booking (49€) for cleaning and providing bed sheets. This was not displayed on booking.com before making the reservation. Moreover after making the booking, which was non refundable,we were asked to also pay a mandatory security deposit of 250€. All of this would have been ok if displayed on the website before booking.The host is not friendly and kept sending us instructions by WhatsApp. For arriving one hour late (we informed them 2 hours prior to arrival), we were charged 10€. Overall, we are not satisfied with this experience.
