At the gateway to Bordeaux and the Médoc region, our Le Jolibois cottage is located in a residential neighborhood in Saint Aubin de Médoc. This location is ideal for visiting the city of Bordeaux, exploring the Médoc wine route and its prestigious châteaux, the beaches of the Atlantic coast, or even making a stopover at the Arcachon Bay. Adjoining the owners' home, the cottage has a separate entrance and a small private garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge (sofa bed), a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Bed linens and towels for 2 people, table linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Rentals for more than 2 people and/or the use of sofa beds are available upon request for an additional charge of €70/person/week. Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning in the main room. Wi-Fi (unstable signal strength). Parking is available outside the property (free). Buses to Bordeaux are 50 meters away. Owners' parking area adjacent to the cottage. This rental is reserved for tourist and family stays. Typical local market every Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the Place de l'Eglise.
