  • Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present this superb 120 m² flat, situated in a stone-built building right in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic centre, offering every comfort and blending modernity with old-world charm for an exceptional stay. Spacious and just a short walk from the quays, Place Sainte-Colombe, Rue Sainte-Catherine and Place du Palais, it features two lovely bedrooms and a large bathroom with a double walk-in shower and a bath, and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

    Please note that this property is only available for medium-term lets (minimum 30 nights).

    The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Bordeaux, complete with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.

    Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

    All rooms in the property are on the same floor.

    The property is laid out as follows:
    - A living room with a TV
    - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
    - A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)
    - A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)
    - A bathroom with a shower and bath

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

    The flat is ideally situated in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Beautiful apartment in perfect lovation

The apartment is very well appointed and furnished. It had everything 4 adults needed. Well situated in the old town and close to all the trams. Really walkable area. We stayed 2 weeks and were very happy.

Le Confidentiel Die Wohnung ist sehr mordern und gut gelegen. Für unseren 5-tägigen Aufenthalt war sie perfekt ausgestattet. Leider hatte sie etwas wenig Tageslicht und wir empfanden es in der Wohnung eher etwas kühl. Im Gross und Ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung erneut buchen.

We had a few teething problems on arrival, but the agency responded quickly and effectively. Note that the wifi is not especially strong - good enough, but you wouldn't want to be working from home or streaming movies (why would you - Bordeaux!) We are already contemplating our return."

Le Confidentiel "For two very tired travellers it was a home away from home offering every convenience and comfort. 🙂 The space, the decor, the convenience of the location, the cleanliness (it was immaculate)The high standard of all the fixture and fittings was matched by the provision of all tools and utensils. Everything we needed was provided at a high standard.The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washing machine and range of drying options. 🙁 I didn’t like the requirement to use an app (scan the QR code) to access the information on the property as I would prefer to have an information book (I am not comfortable with using IT options) The hot water was not very hot(tried to take a bath and it was tepid)"

Minha filha precisou trabalhar por um certo período durante 2m dias e fazendo reuniões e de fato a velocidade muito baixa. É o único ponto a melhorar que recomendo. Independentemente disto continuo afirmando que o resultado geral é muito bom."

Le Confidentiel "Allez visiter cette ville ou le bien et bon vivre n'est pas usurpé, vous ne le regretterez pas !!!!! 🙂 Nous avons aimés la superficie de l'appartement (dont une immense et impressionnante salle de bain), les équipements (Le lave vaisselle et le sèche linge ne nous ont pas servis, mais c’était quand même appréciable de les avoir au cas ou.), et aussi la propreté et la mise a disponibilité de tout ce qu'il fallait dés notre arrivée. L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue qui ne paie pas de mine, mais elle est calme et situé a proximité de beaucoup de commerces et lieux touristiques sans avoir a toujours utiliser les transports en communs. Un grand merci a Jean-Christophe pour son sympathique accueil, malgré la pluie. 🙁 Hé bien, rien de particulier a signaler si ce n'est la plaque au mur qui actionne chasse d'eau des toilettes qui ne tenait pas bien, et pour les fortes chaleurs peut être envisager la mise a disposition d'un ou deux ventilateurs en plus de celui a colonne déjà présent, car il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjour. (les moustiques qui aiment la chaleur, nous ont obligé d'investir dans des prises anti moustiques)."

Excellent location, spacious clean Apartment

My adult son and I stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We enjoyed our stay very much once we gained entrance and worked out a few problems. The location to restaurants and sightseeing could not have been better. Gaining access to the apartment was very stress inducing as we were requested in advance to make an appointment to meet there at a specific time. They would only wait 15 minutes. Well traveling by plane the Friday before Christmas as one might expect involved delays by the airlines and an hour wait for luggage. So I was stressed trying to reach them. I emailed the property manager. Never heard back due to cell phone connection issues, etc. we stood out in the rain unable to enter the apt. Might I suggest giving the code to the lockbox a day or two before arrival to avoid this crisis. Once in the apt the electricity went out. The property management was excellent in helping my son find the location of various breakers. Very inconvenient after traveling all day, tired and hungry. Not a good start to an otherwise nice stay. Another suggestion: it would be helpful to have operational instructions for the oven in English. Once we settled in we had a very nice stay in the apartment. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again with better entry protocol.

Lovely base for a walking tour of Bordeaux

Comfortable spot for exploring Bordeaux. Nice living room to hang out in. Only complaints are probably cultural. Uncomfortable pillows, no facecloths, no hand towels specifically for bathroom and kitchen sink… Oh and no AC and only one fan. (We brought other tiny ones from Amazon knowing this and that really helped at night). Plus windows - while they had a lovely breeze when opened, they let mosquitoes in and street noise. But I didn’t see any screens elsewhere so part of the cultural “experience “

Bonne location

L’appartement est très grand et dans une bonne location pour pouvoir profiter de Bordeaux. Étant donné qu’on été en plein canicule il faisait confortablement frais dans l’appartement. Très bien équipe avec machine à café et les capsules, machine à laver, sèche-linge, fer à repasser, lave vaisselle, et sèche cheveux. Propreté à revoir avec de la poussière sur les meubles et impossible de marcher pieds nus sans finir avec des pieds sales. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de mouches des fruits et moustiques dans l’appartement et nous avons tous été piqué plusieurs fois.
