Recently renovated, the apartment impresses with its meticulous decoration, where large bay windows blend with the beauty of Bordeaux stone to create a welcoming and bright space. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to harmonize tradition and modernity.

The sleeping area, with a large bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, promises restful nights.

The functional and fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, cooking plates, a microwave, and everything you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a wooden and granite sink, and a suspended toilet.

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from the Mérignac Airport station to Place du Palais station and walk for 11 minutes.

From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram line C or D from Saint Jean station to Place de la Bourse stop and walk 4 minutes.

For parking your car, street parking is free only from 7 PM to 9 AM and on Sundays and holidays.
The public parking "Bourse - Jean Jaurès" is located 500m from the apartment.
The parking price is €22 per day.
