“Okay Erica and the girl who checked us out on the 4th at 10:43am were call super nice, very informative, helpful, etc. etc. I can’t think of anything negative to say. There was a person that helped us with towels and something else and I don’t know if he is maintenance or what his actual title is but I do know his name is Todd. He was helpful. Thank you so much. We will use this place again.”

“Se siete in viaggio per gli USA, passando per Shreveport, potete tranquillamente dormire al Travelodge. Si tratta di un motel vero e proprio con le camere che danno sul parcheggio delle auto. La nota negativa è che siete a ridosso della strada statale quindi si sente un po' di rumore anche la sera.
I pregi sono sicuramente il prezzo e la pulizia. Nella sostanza buon rapporto qualitá prezzo per una sosta.”

“The front desk staff were super friendly. There was a problem at check-in. Our Expedia account is in my husband’s name. Even though my name was shown as the room occupant, my driver’s license shows the same address as the Expedia account and I had the credit card on which the reservations, three rooms, were booked, the clerk didn’t want to let me check-in because my husband was not present. And the kicker was that she had no problem checking-in my family members who did not have anything to do...

“Customer service was very disappointing. When I first arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk for over an hour. Once someone finally arrived, the room I had originally booked was not available.
Unfortunately, the issues continued throughout my stay. The fire alarms were pulled from my room, and the carpet near the A/C unit was wet, which raised concerns about the condition of the room. Room service also failed to change the sheets as requested.
Overall, the experience was...
