“I would recommend 10/10. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very nice. Also, they casino staff was great and we came home with a few extra bucks in our pocket. We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks Horseshoe for the overall great experience. ”

“I stayed 2 nights at Boomtown while in Shreveport for medical care. It was an excellent experience. The whole staff was very attentive and the front desk people were awesome...especially Katie. I will stay here again.”

“Expedia should remove this property as an option. I did not stay all 3 nights. I left after the 1st day. This property is run down and should be shut down by the city. I did not feel safe so I left after the first night. The one staff member who signed me in was friendly. ”
