Hotel a Boston Harbor

“The room was magnificent. Staff are soo kindly. Keep it up.”

“Everything is under construction. No pool! Parking was limited. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good.”

“No notes, this was an excellent stay. The room? Clean and well maintained. The breakfast? Absolutely delightful! The hot tub was a real treat, and the "convenience store" area was well stocked, and the coffee! OMG the coffee!”

“The registration employee exhibited excellent customer service. The room was very clean and equipped to meet my needs as was the breakfast. The setting was especially serene with exceptional natural landscaping.. My next stay will be at a Comfort Inn.”

“Unfortunately the spa was inoperable which is one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. We did have a Whirlpool tub in our room and were able to use that instead. Still disappointing to not have the hotel spa available. Otherwise an excellent stay.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The mattress was stained and torn, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. The staff was unhelpful when I brought up my concerns, and the overall hotel looked like it was under construction or in serious need of repairs. I would not recommend staying here.”

“There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. ”
