Lowest temp our room hit was 78 degrees. Absolutely NO air flow When we arrived at 3pm, the key cards system was not working. We were comped our room due to the inconvenience of having to be escorted up. When we returned at approximately 11 PM, it took us about half an hour to be serviced. Clearly the information was not passed along to the oncoming manager, as he tried to charge my husband for the entire price of the room that we were previously comped. He was not really listening to my story, which was extremely frustrating. Several other guests piped in and said that we had all been comped, and he was not happy about it. Like that is our fault… Horrible service. Bedsheets were dirty, fitted sheets missing, and air was completely stale. Would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy.
Update: they did charge my husband’s card despite the room being comped. I will be calling Hilton corporate to complain. This is despicable customer service.
