The Space:

Every room has been thoughtfully designed with quality furnishings, plush bedding, and décor that blends modern elegance with everyday comfort—making this home ideal for families, groups, and longer stays.



Begin on the expansive wraparound deck before stepping into the welcoming entryway, complete with built-in storage and seating. Inside, the open-concept main level is designed for connection: a solid wood dining table seats ten comfortably, while a large sectional offers plenty of space to unwind in front of the 65” Smart TV.



The chef-friendly kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully appointed with high-end Thermador appliances, pasta arm, custom cabinetry, a large island with seating for four, a built-in wine cooler, and a spacious pantry. You’ll find everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig drip coffee maker with pods, blender, toaster, cocktail-mixing set, and a high chair for younger guests. A stunning half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen, and sliding doors lead out to your private, turfed backyard.



A secondary living space filled with natural light offers four swivel chairs, games, reading materials, and a dedicated puzzle and game table for four—perfect for kids or a cozy morning with coffee and a book. A separate desk and chair provide a comfortable work-from-home setup.



The second floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary suite with a queen bed outfitted with a Casper mattress, room-darkening shades, a dedicated desk and chair, and an en-suite bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Guest Access:

We're located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk from shops & restaurants in Medford Square



Getting Around:

We're located steps from Medford Square with quick access to I-93 into Boston.



Other Things to Note:

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.



No "check out chores" - simply enjoy your stay!



Guest Identification:



The guest whose name appears on the reservation must be the person who checks in and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking. We reserve the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID and to verify the identity of the booking guest in person or by video prior to and/or upon arrival. Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior Host approval. If the booking guest cannot be verified, or declines verification, check-in may be denied and the reservation cancelled, with any refund subject to the applicable cancellation policy
