From the beginning- the rudest people we encountered in Boston were the ladies at the service desk when we checked into our room. I had asked ahead for early check in and was told that we would be allowed to check in early free. We got there and the two ladies at the front desk were rude and acted like it was the worst thing in the world to store our bags- rather than spending $113 for an early check in. Not well mentioned on this site, there is a daily $25 facilities fee that pay for very vague and unhelpful things. When we came back for our bags we were sent to a room that wasn’t even clean! We had to go back down to the lobby and get a new room. There is also a tourist fee we had to pay daily?! There is no room service and the rooms are tiny!!! You can barely move around. The sink it is tiny and water goes all over the floor. The bed is so uncomfortable. I was in pain the whole trip from back pain. There was very loud music and people outside the room at night. I would not recommend!!!!
