Hotel vicino a Botanical Gardens - New Orleans

“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

“The lobby and the rooms were so unique. We were close to Bourbon Street enough so that we walked to the French quarter. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot but be advised that there's a $20 parking fee per day which is very reasonable.”

Il lavandino del bagno aveva pochissima pressione, fatto reclamo due volte nessun miglioramento. Direi servizio alla clientela inesistente. Since io non metto più piede in quella struttura”
