“Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.”

Perfect location within walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough to have plenty of free (and apparently safe) street parking, and no street noise.
Rooms could have more towels tho, specially in a place where there is nobody at the lobby after 6pm. We tried getting more towels in the morning but couldn’t find anyone there...

Per quasi tutte note positive, posizione strategica si può raggiungere Bourbon st. sia a piedi (10min.) che in tram.Camere pulite, colazione più che soddisfacente. nota negativa il personale all'ingresso spesso chiaccheravano tra loro invece di aprire la porta agli ospiti dell'hotel.”

“This was a great stay for a recent birthday trip with friends. It is in the heart of Bourbon street and we really only noticed one other hotel on Bourbon street. The rooms were shockingly quiet with how loud it was outside but we did go in August, so busier months, it may be louder. PLENTY of dining, bars, etc. within walking distance. We only ever took a cab to get to the Superdome and even that we could've walked but it was just too hot. The pool is ADORABLE! It was a great place to cool off....
