“Great place”

“Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

“We came into town for Jazz Fest and stayed 8 nights. Definitely enough time to form a review of this property. The staff weren’t professional, small incidents happened over the week. Regardless there’s a pool on the roof top which in that humidity is major. The room had washer and dryer also major. I’d say those were the pluses but we didn’t use either enough to say we’d stay again. Bedsheets were clean, everything worked and there’s a coffee shop downstairs as well as the streetcar line right...

“Hotel pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze ,cambio asciugamani quotidiano Situato a poca distanza dal french quarter ...abbastanza frequente a New Orleans trovare gente sdraiata per terra in condizioni ovviamente disagiate e anche dall' altra parte della strada rispetto all hotel le abbiamo sempre trovate senza però avere problemi di sicurezza Colazione buona e abbastanza varia Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Ci siamo trovati bene”

“Great location, walked to jazz fest. We paid for on site parking which was very convenient. The pool was small but done well with outdoor "bar area" you could use that was shaded. Walking distance to French market and Frenchman st. Relaxed atmosphere. Only downside I could mention was little water pressure in bathroom sink - shower was great.”

“Fantastic location, booked it for my brother's bachelor party. Walking distance from anything worth going to. We got an upstairs room and the huge covered balcony was a great place to hang out. Clean unit with AC and ceiling fans in each room. We'll definitely be coming back!”

“The rooms make you feel like you’re in a motel, with not great privacy, linoleum floors, and fluorescent lighting. But the amenities (cold water to fill up with, a nice pool, plenty of pool towels) are nice and the location is great to enjoy Frenchman street as well as the river walk, French quarter bars and restaurants, etc. Also, every staff member was truly so nice to interact and chat with. “Posizionato su una delle strade che perimetrano il quartiere francese, ottima posizione pressapoco equidistante da Canal street da un lato e da Frenchmen street dall'altro, che si raggiungono in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Comoda la vicina fermata del tram. I corridoi (quasi all'aperto) molto caldi, con una differenza esagerata di temperatura con la Hall.
