“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

Comoda la vicina fermata del tram. I corridoi (quasi all'aperto) molto caldi, con una differenza esagerata di temperatura con la Hall. Colazione soddisfacente, posteggio interno, molto sicuro (con cancello elettrico per il quale ti prestano un telecomando), se non si dovesse trovare...

“The staff was absolutely no help with most things, even luggage. They were also rude and treated me like an imposition, not a guest. The staff wouldn’t even allow delivery people to come to my room even though I am disabled. I had to go down to the front desk for everything I needed, nobody would actually come up to my room for any reason. The room was small and still pretty nice but the carpets have stains and the noise was so loud that sleep was impossible because the doors on the balcony...

“Hotel al centro molto comodo. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Bagno un po' piccolo. ”

“Safe. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good hot water, big and clean bathroom. The frig is good. Having a microwave would be more convenient. Somehow I did not feel like it is a hotel. We will stay here again if the price is right.”
