“This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge.”

“Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!”

“The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. “Knockout location perched up a hill overlooking plains toward Denver. Great view off deck. About 10-15 min drive from edge of town. Lucky's Market nearest grocery was great. The apartment is perfect. Felt private from main house. Deck was a dream. Super clean, fresh and great aesthetic vibe style. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. “From the moment I booked, the manager was extremely helpful! She answered every question I had and gave me more, appreciated information. The unit was absolutely cleaned meticulously!! There is everything you could possibly need for a stay there and more!! Everything you would need for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and more!! I have never stayed that stayed at a VRBO nicer in all areas!!”

“This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television.”

“This place is Adorable, it is secluded but with only short scenic drive to Estes Park! There are trails nearby & a cute local restaurant that has great food and drinks. My husband and I would make a cocktail and turn on some quiet music, and spend the evening in the hot tub after hiking. The outdoor hot tub is technically shared, but felt private with pretty lights for a nice ambiance. It was great. I would 100% go back.”

“This space wasn’t fancy, but was clean, comfortable, and near a trailhead. I was working remotely and WiFi worked well. Also near campus where my daughter needed to be. Refrigerator allowed us to store basic breakfast and lunch food.”
