Lafayette Carriage House nella storica città vecchia

Bellissimo appartamento di nuova costruzione. Completamente privato su un garage indipendente, tutti gli elettrodomestici e tutto il resto è nuovo di zecca. Splendida vista sulle montagne da ovest che si affaccia sulla finestra panoramica. Spa come bagno con W & D. Chefs cucina con isola grande, stufa a gas a 5 fuochi, lavello in cascina, lavastoviglie e tutti gli utensili da cucina e utensili da cucina. Aria centrale e riscaldamento. Letto matrimoniale con divano letto doppio per un dormitorio supplementare. TV e Wifi, con una smart TV per Netflix ecc.

Parcheggio sicuro in strada illuminato. Non fumare sulla proprietà. La chiave è un blocco del codice. Per una ricerca video tour YouTube per "baselinebnb"

We highly recommend this property. It is adorable, well appointed, clean and well stocked with lots of extras.The bathroom and shower are amazing!! Like a resort. Its also a perfect location for dining and entertainment. The host is very nice and responsive to your needs. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Great place!

This was our second visit to the carriage house. We love having a kitchen, the natural light, the amazing shower, and the proximity to downtown Lafayette and its restaurants and shops. The only challenge for us is our different waking/sleeping schedules, but we made it work.

Absolutely Fabulous

Absolutely fabulous vacation rental! The location is amazing: historic old town a 5 minute walk in one direction or the nature preserve with all the prairie dogs 5 minutes walk in the other direction. There is plenty of parking in this very quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is private and easy to get in to. Every detail is looked after, from kitchen and bed linens, to things in the kitchen, and a well-stocked stylish and roomy bathroom. The kitchen area is amazing: If you love cooking, this is the vacation rental for you! The furnishings are comfortable, cozy and stylish, and the apartment is very well built. Communication with the host was top-notch! I loved every moment I stayed in this delightful gem and I highly recommend this rental!

Nice living quarters! Quiet when windows are shut! Great shower/bathroom. Couch needs updating. Steps to apartment not good for older people. No outdoor space. Overall though a good space for a great price!

It is a winner!

Easy, comfortable stay with a friendly responsive host. It sits close to a busy street, but this takes you straight to Boulder and nearby shopping. And if you walk across, you will find the many wonderful local restaurants, shops, and bookstores - the heart of Lafayette. This is a new, upstairs garage apartment, one room with a separate huge lovely bathroom with a washer and dryer. Everything we needed to visit our kids nearby was there.

The most adorable carriage house. So cozy, and perfect. The kitchen was very handy and what a beautiful countertop! Loved the bathroom and laundry set up. Mark, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The recommendations regarding restaurants and coffee were great!

Lafayette House

Ideal! Cheery and efficient layout. Beautiful view of snowcapped Rockies. Happy sounds of kids playing on the elementary schoolyard across the street. Great bathroom and kitchen and plenty of storage nooks to tuck away luggage, Christmas packages, etc. Nice walking area. Close dog park.

Perfect location for our holiday stay

I booked the property as a backup plan for Thanksgiving with our family who are in the middle of a kitchen remodel in Longmont. As it turned out, construction was finished before our arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed having the privacy of a getaway and a place to stage Christmas gift wrapping without dodging questions from the grandkids. The apartment was immaculate, checkin was a breeze, and we had all we needed for a restful stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, fantastic rental!

Absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness of the place! The kitchen was also well-stocked if you want the option to make your own meals. The location is a short walk away from the historic district with incredible restaurants, so we hardly moved our car. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to Boulder and Denver but also have the opportunity to explore Lafayette! We loved it, and would happily stay here again :)
