I can't say enough good things about our experience at 232. The unit was perfect! It was fantastic to have 5 bathrooms with our group of 9! It was clean, well equipped, and super convenient to everything in WP. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and take the Lyft to the resort. The heated garage was a big plus! We had an issue our first night that was completely our fault and a waste of maintenance's time. We contacted Winter Park Escapes, they sent Tim over. He could not have been more thorough or nice, especially when we discovered the beeping we were hearing was coming from out belongings and not the condo. He was great! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All was great - clean, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, easy access & great location. Could have used some box fans for the first week of August when it was really warm during the day, but the bedroom ceiling fans were sufficient at night. The only downside was no dressers for clothing in all but the primary bedroom.

Great condo lots of stairs! We loved it my only issue is the $500 credit for Winter Park activity’s. It’s only usable 1 credit at a time and this makes it impossible to use the credit.

This townhouse was perfect for our large family as a base for hiking in the summer. It was clean, spacious, and close to the shops and restaurants on the main street in Winter Park. We loved the kitchen and large dining room as well as the grill and the hot tub. I look forward to coming back!

Perfect location could walk to so many cute stores and restaurants. Bedrooms were great size and comfortable. The kitchen fully stocked. And hot tub fantastic. The only drawback would be the garage and entry way. For a car that is big enough for skis etc., so tight. Would recommend waterproof matts for the entry way as snow salt and sand come in from the garage and no real room to take boots off with car parked. Otherwise, this was a wonderful condo and a great vacation!!

The property, being very new, was in great shape. All appliances were top of line and worked great. We had minor issue with dishwasher leakage, but I contacted Propery Management and a maintenance person was on property within a few hours and corrected the issue. We were 10 folks including 2 children and 1 toddler. The facility had sufficient sleeping room for all. The only complaint by some was that with 4 floors, with 10-12 foot ceilings, there are a Lot of Stairs; and with thin air, there were a lot of "out of breath" moments during our stay.

We had 2 families and a total of 10 people who enjoyed our stay immensely. The townhouse seems brand new and very high end quality on everything from kitchen to bathrooms to decor. The location is one block off the main street in walking distance to shops and restaurants and the central park. We loved being right next to the river as well. We enjoyed the hot tub. We made meals in the kitchen, which had seating for 10 of us and then some. The heated floors were decadent! The bunks fit 4 kids easily and the fan on the ceiling has a cage so the upper bunk sleepers don’t hurt themselves. The only suggestion I have is to add a door to the bunk room. It seems like an oversight or like it is unfinished since everything else is so well done. Communication was easy and efficient.

Amazing place right in the heart of Winter Park. I was blown away by how clean the townhome was. This is the first place I have stayed where it was nicer than the pictures. From the second we walked in, we were impressed. The kids loved the bunk room so much that we actually had extra room. Will stay here again and again

Great place. We had two familes and a total of 9 people. Plenty of room. Great main area for entertaining and plenty of bathrooms all over. It's 4 total floors so you may get a little tired walking up and down if you're not used to the high altitude. That said, I would highly recommened this property.
