“The home owner is very attentive to his tenants (kind attentions when arriving with fresh beverages & snacks), and vey supportive & responsive in case of questions.Easy to communicate with him.The caretaker was also very nice & supportive.Perfect place to stay 3”

“The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was extremely clean and well cared for. We were able to cook our meals and eat on the patio. The host responded to our questions promptly and was very helpful. We will stay here again ! ”

“Our family of five was visiting the area to do some hikes in the Grand Staircase. This was the perfect location to stay between Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked. They even had a Keurig and toaster! They had a variety of board games and the large sectional couch in the living room had recliners for relaxing at the end of our busy day hiking. Views from the front porch and back patio were awesome to just sit out in the evening.”
