The Space
Welcome to my home in the Martin Acres neighborhood of South Boulder. The room offers a peaceful place to relax after a busy day, with a comfortable queen-size bed, a welcoming atmosphere, and everything you need for a convenient stay.
The location is within walking distance of the University of Colorado Boulder, NIST, and NOAA, making it ideal for visitors combining festival events with work or campus visits.
Public transportation is just three blocks away, providing easy connections to downtown Boulder, Denver, and Denver International Airport.
