  • Grazioso bungalow con due camere da letto, un ufficio e un bagno nel centro di Boulder. Situato nello storico quartiere Whittier di Boulder, a dieci o quindici minuti a piedi dall'affascinante zona pedonale dello shopping di Pearl Street. Bellissimo cortile con un bel paesaggio. Patio sul lato est della casa con grill a gas e tavolo da patio esterno per quattro. TV a schermo piatto con Apple TV e DirectTV Ora nel soggiorno con camino a gas. La cucina ha due posti a sedere in stile bar. Sala da pranzo con un tavolo per quattro. Grande spazio ufficio con una scrivania che è il telecomando per stare in piedi. Abbiamo un abbonamento a MLB.

    Questa è la nostra residenza principale, quindi potremmo avere degli oggetti personali in casa. Abbiamo un cane ma assicureremo che il posto sia pulito per il tuo arrivo. Questo è in un quartiere tranquillo, quindi per favore non sceglierlo se sei in vacanza. I prezzi sono fissi Non facciamo affitti mensili.

Lovely, well-located house in Boulder

This house sleeps 6 people perfectly! We really enjoyed the kitchen and common areas, and the bedrooms were all comfortable. It was also an extra bonus to have individual A/C units in the top floor bedrooms. Would recommend staying here for couples, friends, and family groups!

Wonderful home!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Great house. One mile walk from Pearl Street. The neighborhood is adorable. Everything you need to make dinner, if you want to cook. Outdoor patio table and beautiful garden.

Wonderful Boulder Stay

Jill's home was impeccably decorated, unique and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6--comfortable beds. Front yard and backyard to enjoy, communication and check-in/check-out process were seamless. Will definitely stay again. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk through. Pearl street is a longer walk, but doable.

Great place to stay!

We were a party of 5 and we all loved it! My main concern is always how comfortable the beds are and ours was great! I asked my adult kids and they said it was perfect. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and downtown Boulder was only a 5 drive but we walked because the weather was great. If we ever go back, we will definately stay here again.

Cozy, warm bungalow in the heart of Boulder

I loved staying at this quaint property in the heart of Boulder. I have stayed in many vrbo properties and this was the most well stocked property I have stayed in. Jill and her husband are lovely people and the check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. The bungalow has a wonderful comfortable king bed. There is a second smaller bedroom with a queen bed and there is an office which was nice to have. Also, this property has a side yard which was lovely for eating dinners outside. The bungalow is bright and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood close within walking distance to downtown and the University/CU Boulder, as well as to trails and to grocery stores. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Property!!

My husband and I came to Boulder for two weeks on business. We booked this adorable bungalow because of the perfect location to Pearl Street and to the office. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, comfortable and the neighborhood seemed very safe and had friendly neighbors. The owners were very kind and responsive. I highly recommend the property!

Great location for walking and biking

The bungalow is comfortable and centrally located. I loved the convenience of the nearby bike shares. The owners had very good restaurant suggestions— I especially enjoyed Frasca. Thanks for a fun weekend retreat!

Awesome location in Boulder!

Quaint, very clean, kitchen has everything and more you could ask for, very comfortable beds, location was centrally located to downtown...we had a car but Uber and Lyft made it super easy transportation! Owner was willing to make sure, staying at this place very enjoyable! Highly recommended👍👍👍

Charming home in Boulder

My son and I had a great stay in the home. It was clean, cozy and convenient to town. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and basics. Very comfortable. A great vacation home away from home.

Charming and functional

This cute little home really has everything you need... great location, well stocked kitchen and nice towels and sheets. This home is small but it’s funny how four of us could actually spread out in there. Plus, we weren’t there much. But we did enjoy nightly card games and the table. While many guests say they have walked to Pearl St mall, it was a little far for our teenagers so we mostly drove places. The neighborhood, however, is peaceful and quiet. The walks and runs we took through the neighborhood were so nice. Overall, Jill is a great host. The house has everything you need and it’s in a great location..

Quaint, Quiet, Quick & Quintessential

The quaint pictures of this BnB are accurate. The neighborhood and property were pleasantly quiet. We rented this BnB quickly at the last moment and were lucky to obtain it. Finally, this BnB is a fine example of what BnB’s are all about. The reason why 5 stars were not given was there were a few bugs in the house. Now this may be indicative of the natural environment that Boulder likes to keep, and if so fine. Otherwise a quick visit by a pest control company would clear everything up quite satisfactorily.

The bungalow is perfect for 3 people. It's central location to Pearl Street makes it ideal.

Jill is very responsive and the bungalow was ideal for 3 of us for 7 nights. The kitchen and house were well stocked. The location is proximate to Pearl Street and all that Boulder has to offer. I would recommend this rental and would stay there again.

All We Could Have Hoped For

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Bungalow. It is indeed :charming". The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the fireplace was perfect, and the neighborhood and location were ideal for us. The owner was very responsive to a question we had. We are hoping it will be available the next time we plan a stay in Boulder. Lynn :)

Cute and Cosy!

So happy to find this cute bungalow. It is bright, clean and well-furnished.. Jill was so responsive and helpful. It was right around the corner from family so we could all happily come and go. Because of the adjoining shared bath between the two bedrooms, it is perfect for one couple and ok with family or very close friends. The tub shower was charming & easy for us younger folks to get into. The fireplace was awesome when several inches of snow fell. And the kitchen was well-stocked. We come to Boulder several times a year and this will be our new "home-away from home"!!
