Amazing!

We were in Boulder for a wedding, and this home was perfect! It felt so comfortable, had everything we needed, and the property is wonderful for Children to run around on! The home was large, very clean, and had so many amenities to keep our group entertained! The Host was so kind, and we loved staying here!

Perfect extended family getaway

Our extended family recently spent a week here and loved the location. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. We loved the location between Escalante and Capitol Reef. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the grass area in the backyard and the shade trees as well. One of our favorites rooms was the library. I couldn't believe the selection of books they had available. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Spring hiking trip

Our group of 12 rented both houses at this location. Having the two houses is great because it gives you more flexibility with group size. The houses are well equipped and are exactly as represented on the web site. This location provides great access to Escalante Canyons, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon. This is the second time our group has used these houses because of the good location, beautiful location, and quality of the facilities.

Reunion of old friends

My wife and I came to Utah for a large reunion of her family and we decided to stay a few extra days so we could get together with old friends. We had been to the Escalante-Grand Staircase area once many years ago and wanted to return. We decided to rent your VRBO near Boulder and invite several old friends to come and stay with us. This house was perfect in every way for that purpose. There were five couples in total (10 persons) ranging in age from 71 to 80 and we stayed three nights. The house worked perfectly for this gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very comfortable as well as very convenient for sightseeing and hiking in the area. It is located just outside Boulder and just off the Burr Trail which is a lovely drive down through the canyon and into Capital Reef. The house well equipped and we were very satisfied. We cooked wonderful breakfasts and one evening meal, and twice went to the well known restaurant "Hell's Backbone Grill" which was nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful dark sky for nighttime star gazing. We would definitely recommend this house for a gathering like ours.

Spacious house pleasant house with everything you could want. Very clean.

Huge house. I kept getting lost in it. Plenty of privacy for everyone. Appears recently remodeled, nothing shabby or worn. VERY CLEAN. Spacious kitchen with lots of light & every gadget you could need. Caveata: Boulder is a very remote area, so internet is iffy. The people in my party who had best access to internet had i-phones. I wouldn't stay in Boulder if internet access is essential. Also, 2 bedrooms in basement have no view of the outside, so no natural light. Windows look out on concrete only. Only improvement to this rental would be screen doors. After all, this is a ranch. Someone in my party was invited to watch calves being branded & he was thrilled... The rating scale below does not say is 1 or 5 is high. I give this rental the highest rating. Even though Trust Pilot reports problems with the management company Evolve, I had only a minor issue that was readily corrected (link in email expired). I think this house is available through other sites, which I would recommend. Evolve does not allow cancellation after the first 48 hours! Given the turmoil in the world, this seems especially rigid.

Wonderful, comfortable ranch home

There were seven in our family, all of us had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with all we needed of utensils, dishes and pans to prepare meals. It was quiet and a very close drive to all activities and Hells Backbone Grill. I’d highly recommend staying here. Just be careful as the wooden floors are polished and slick in spots.

Solitude and beauty!

We stopped in Boulder for a few days before exploring Zion and found this wonderful home on a ranch. Loved the home’s layout and porches! Perfect location for taking day hikes and lovely evenings on the porch. Lots of room and wonderful living spaces with large televisions. Would recommend to anyone coming this way!

Well stocked farm house

16 adults with A Little off the Beaten Path hiking club of Phoenix stayed in this spacious farm house while we hiked Peekaboo, Bryce and Capitol Reef National Park! We enjoyed the black angus cattle, horses, chickens, sunflower garden and farm fresh air! The nights were quiet and starry skies had us trying out our stargazing apps! Fantastic central location. I recommend the 6 mile RT hike to Calf Creek Falls just 10 miles down the road!

Wonderful property

What a great place to stay with a large group. We had a group of 15 ladies staying at the house for a 3 day hiking trip of slot canyons. The house is large and roomy with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils ( except for really large skillets and pots for large group meal preparation). Sitting outside on the large back deck enjoying the great views was wonderful after a full day of hiking. All in all a great stay.

Sugarloaf Valley Farms

The property was beautiful and well equipped, you couldn’t ask for a more peaceful place to be. We were not aware, but one of the beds in the basement was a very uncomfortable double bed, not great accommodations for 2 adults. And yes, it is on a farm, a hemp farm. It does smell different than a normal farm.

Property was great. Communication early on was lacking

We loved our stay and the house worked perfect for us. We couldn't figure out the TV, but all else was fine. My only issue was poor communication from Evolve Vacations. We booked via VRBO but when I asked questions via VRBO I was informed that I needed to set up an account with Evolve Vacations. Even when I did this they were very slow responding. Thankfully just before we arrived I did receive a flurry of emails and contact info. The property manager (Donna) was very friendly and helpful.
