“I need to get some refund as I was given a room that has a side door. I couldn't sleep the whole night as the next door room person was snorring and it was like in my ears. I also told the lady at the counter next day morning”

“The room was very very clean and the bed was on the softer side with some type of memory foam topper but was comfortable for those who like a softer bed. No strange smells or over perfumed air freshener used in the rooms so everything was quite neutral and the towels were definitely fresh and clean. “We ended up not staying here because when we checked into our room it was so awful. Dirty and not maintained. We got a room with a kitchen and it had only one knife and no other silverware. The furniture had been destroyed by a cat or some animal. It smelled terrible. It may have been a drug house. Did not feel safe around the clientele see the pictures. “I love this hotel, but my last couple of visits disappointed me because the pool and jacuzzi spa were not in proper operating order. The pool was fine for the most part, but there was some debris floating in it. The jacuzzi was not as hot as a spa should be and the jets were not working. These items are one of the main reasons that I always book with you when I come to the Mt. Laurel area.”
