“The room was very very clean and the bed was on the softer side with some type of memory foam topper but was comfortable for those who like a softer bed. No strange smells or over perfumed air freshener used in the rooms so everything was quite neutral and the towels were definitely fresh and clean. Air conditioning unit worked very well and kept the room nice and chilly. No moldy smell coming out of the one I had so I'm assuming it's either new or well-maintained. “I love this hotel, but my last couple of visits disappointed me because the pool and jacuzzi spa were not in proper operating order. The pool was fine for the most part, but there was some debris floating in it. The jacuzzi was not as hot as a spa should be and the jets were not working. These items are one of the main reasons that I always book with you when I come to the Mt. Laurel area.”
