“The hotel needs updating. The room smelled of smoke. There was no hair dryer. Had to ask for one. Saw a few bugs. Shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion.”

“Dont stay here. The property allowed vagrant cross dressing street workers to roam the hotel all night. The place smells of pot. Fire alarm went off just after 10pm with no communication of an all clear. Had to figure it out ourselves. Front desk employee was dismissive and rude. Zero people skills. Zero hospitality. When I went to check out, she didnt even look up and just said leave the cards there. No thank you. Didnt ask how our stay was. Noisy people outside all night. Air handler was just...
