Siamo situati a soli 4 minuti dalla città di Bournemouth ea soli 6 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
La Boho Beach House può ospitare 18 persone e può ospitare comodamente letti supplementari. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato e abbiamo anche un bagno con doccia in più (eccetto la camera 7, la doccia appena montata è di fronte).

Ho acquistato questo bellissimo edificio nel febbraio 2018, dove la mia grande squadra di uomini di lavoro ha iniziato la ristrutturazione per prepararsi per la sessione estiva impegnata. Abbiamo avuto un grande successo e le camere possono essere prenotate singolarmente. Tuttavia, vedo e sento il grande bisogno di gruppi di persone che vogliono tutta la casa.
Ho inserito un'offerta su questo sito per l'affitto di una casa intera ad un prezzo ridotto, in quanto prenotare ogni singola stanza è molto più costoso.

Se sei interessato a prenotare l'intera casa, ti prego di contattarmi ulteriormente e possiamo discutere le opzioni disponibili per te. Forse hai solo bisogno di metà della casa. Qualunque sia la richiesta, inviami una mail e speriamo di poter soddisfare le tue esigenze.

La mia creazione è una casa per l'ambiente domestico, fresca e pulita e una tenuta di casa tranquilla per garantire un ottimo soggiorno. Siamo in posizione perfetta per la spiaggia e la città e anche la stazione ferroviaria è a soli 10 minuti di taxi.

Grazie per aver letto e non vedo l'ora di sentirti.

Da notare anche: ottimo WIFI, nuovi materassi molto confortevoli e grande potenza in tutte le docce.

Per favore fatemi sapere le vostre esigenze e possiamo vedere come possiamo aiutarvi. (Darò la priorità a coloro che discutono per prima la disponibilità e bloccherà tutte le prenotazioni dagli altri con un deposito del 20%).

We stayed at the Boho Beach House for a major family event. There were 19 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate the various groups. The beds were all comfortable.Checkin was smooth and Chanine was always available. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and easy walk to the beach and Bournemouth centre. There are pubs and restaurants close at hand.I would be happy to recommend the Boho Beach House to anyone wanting a large space for up to 20 people.

We were a group of families staying in the Boho Beach House. The bedrooms were all excellent, very comfortable and various configurations of beds that worked out perfectly for us. Living space is a little limited for a large group but we managed to make it work. Convenient location for beach and town. Would recommend and stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful large house with my family (24 of us). Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town, this accommodation offers the best of both worlds. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spacious rooms and inviting atmosphere of the guest house. We loved the decor! The rooms are generously sized, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of seaside adventures. The decor perfectly captures the coastal vibe, creating a relaxing ambience that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The proximity to the beach is an absolute dream. I loved being able to wake up, grab a coffee, and take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline within minutes. Equally impressive is the convenience of having the shops just a short walk away. I enjoyed exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants without ever needing to worry about transportation. The owner, Chanine, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with recommendations for local attractions in the area. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Whether you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway or a base to explore the local town, this guest house ticks all the boxes. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Property was perfect for our gathering. Decor was fantastic and full of personality. Personalised reception was appreciated. Endless rooms with different combinations of bed to suit everyone. Kitchen table comfortably fitted 12 for dinner. Bathrooms a little basic. Working fireplace was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic celebration and this property was a big part of that.

Perfect for 7 couples celebrating NYE. All our rooms had en-suite. Chanine was very helpful and communicative. House was spotless, beds comfortable. 10 min walk to town and to the pier. Highly recommended.

The house was lovely and we had a great time. The details showed two sitting rooms downstairs but the configuration had changed and we felt that the communal accommodation was really inadequate for 20 guests. We also did not feel that the accommodation was suitable for dogs. There is no garden and it was quite a walk to take the dog for a wee before bedtime with unsavoury characters hanging around on street corners and outside hotels. There was also smashed glass everywhere along the paths. We had to walk the dog in the middle of the road. The location was great for the beach and the town. The rooms were lovely. A few people mentioned that they would have liked a reading lamp. It is a lovely place to stay and Chanine was always very helpful.

Great house for all things hen do wise (activities), we were able to do cocktail making on the great large table in the kitchen (24 of us), as well as another activity. The house is a great location, just a short walk from the pier, centre and lots of shops, bars etc. Great experience and communication with the host Chanine and her daughter when we were staying there as Chanine was away. Thanks very much everyone in our party had such a great weekend.

Chanine is the ultimate host. From the very beginning she went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The house is great for large groups, close to the beach with loads of beds. I'd you need a house for a.large group stop looking and book Boho house!

This is an excellently maintained property that suited our 15 strong family in almost every respect. The online listing does not make clear that there is no lounge at the property. The only communal room is the kitchen diner shown in the photo which is only equipped with wooden benches. To realise this only when we arrived was a disappointment. You have to notice that a lounge is not mentioned on the property description - we didn't notice. The property owner says that there will be a lounge by next year - but at significantly increased prices. Taking multiple cars was also an issue. There is no house car park, very little on street parking so an extra £85 parking fees in a long stay car park 5 minutes walk away. However, we made the best of it celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. There was lots of laughter and fun, good company and good food, so everyone enjoyed it immensely.

I was sent email from home away saying checkout was 11.00am . On arrival told it was 11.00am and if we wanted to check out at 11.00 we would have to pay £50 cash . We done this but do not feel we should have . I was happy to pay the £25 for lost key and £8 for 1 broken wine glass . Emailed the property owner and not heard back. Would never return to this property.

This is a perfect house for a hen weekend. Brilliantly located for the beach and town. Really fun decoration and well kitted out. All the rooms have their own keys which is helpful for a large group and Chanine the host is a gem. So welcoming and she went out of her way to make our stay easy. She was happy to accommodate 2 babies within the hen party and even unpacked our online food delivery in advance of our arrival so there were chilled drinks awaiting us! Would totally recommend.

We loved the house! It was perfect for my friend’s hen do. All the rooms have a bathroom each, the decor is eclectic and bright, and the kitchen has just been beautifully refurbished. Chanine is a great host, too - very communicable & relaxed about check in time when we were delayed in traffic. Would recommend the house to anyone!
