“This house was a great space within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. It worked well for our mixed group. The host was extremely quick to respond to any queries and checking in was easy and convenient. “The house was recently tastefully renovated, extremely clean and in pristine condition in a very good location close to the shops of Westbourne and the beaches. The actual house was in an unusual situation in the grounds of a church hall next to a church - which wasn't evident in the description - there was plenty of parking.We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the house. “This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins.
