Case in affitto a Bournemouth

“The house was recently tastefully renovated, extremely clean and in pristine condition in a very good location close to the shops of Westbourne and the beaches. The actual house was in an unusual situation in the grounds of a church hall next to a church - which wasn't evident in the description - there was plenty of parking. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the house. The garden furniture had not yet been delivered so we didn't use the garden which didn't matter as it was a...

“Great property in a very ideal location. Clean and well equipped house. Host was great, very friendly and helpful as well as quick communication. Definitely recommend.”

“They were friendly and communicative and supportive when we addressed questions or concerns ”

“Gorgeous place! Really homely, quirky and well-presented. Great location, short walk to the beach and near a good selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants. Check-in/out really straightforward. Full height fridge-freezer, well-appointed kitchen with a massive oak dining table, very comfy living room, cracking little sun deck out back. I bagged an ensuite double room with a really comfy mattress and slept beautifully (although one of the other double mattresses I tested was a bit soft and...

“This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. The property...

“Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍”

“Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.”

“Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

“It is a very nice house over 3 floors and the location is very good for the town centre and harbour, however it was very very noisy from lots going on outside and someone had broken into a car displaying a disabled badge and smashed two windows, the street is narrow and you will do well to get in and out of the garage. Facilities at the house were very good but it's way over priced”

“I WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT PROPERTY”

“The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing...
