“Free parking and good location but thats about the only positives. The hotel is outdated and in dire need of upgrades. The bathroom in our room made me want to puke. We visited in peak summer, there was no ac and no fan. Staff disappear at 10pm so you are on your own and cannot get assistance. There is a number you can message but they don’t respond until the morning anyway so its pointless. “I liked staying at this hotel. Excellent location. Easy access to Bournemouth Beach and Pier. Comfortable room. Nice Bar and Garden. A/C and pool were lifesavers on some of the UK’s hottest days this summer. The room carpets need to be better cleaned. The things that have not yet been remodelled are a bit run down. Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun.
