“Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though. “A lovely old grade 2 listed house. Excellent location for Poole Quay and harbour. Parking in visitor’s public car park just across the road. Overnight parking is very reasonable. David was a fabulous host with plenty of stories to tell and the house is full of interesting “stuff” that he has collected. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Our room on the second floor was very small and hot, but the others are bigger. Best to ask David before you book. Would definitely stay again.”

“Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities.”
