The host was slow to reply to messages. We found it hard to locate the house and when we did, the keys didn't work. It was dark and we had three children with us. I messaged the host and he phoned me about two hours later, by which time, my daughter had gone around to the next street to the other door and managed to get in. There was no hair dryer and I messaged asking where it was, but the host didn't reply at all. I was disappointed that we had to pay for a sixth guest as my daughter came for two nights only. But there were only four dining chairs and five cereal bowls. Dustbins over-flowing and had obviously not been emptied for a while. It was in a great location and the sheets and towels were nice, but there was no personal service from the host. It felt like a commercial arrangement, which, I suppose it was.
